I am a songwriter and have a home studio where I demo my songs. Even though I know the mechanics of using pro tools, I was missing the practical knowledge of how to apply all of the nuts and bolts... with MPPT, You are sitting right there next to the engineer with actual raw studio tracks going through the entire post production process.... After so many disappointments with other books that basically rehashed the user's guide this book and all of the other Multi-Platinum Pro Tools products were exactly what I was looking for. They have been my rosetta stone to pro tools. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Get it!

Who is Nathan Adam?

Nathan "Adan" Adam - Associate Chair & Professor of the largest 4-year Recording Industry degree in the world (MTSU). 

Nathan has been published in Pro Sound News, and co-authored the internationally released Focal Press Book/DVD "Multi-Platinum Pro Tools."   Featured as a vocal recording and editing expert on MSNBC Tonight with Deborah Norville, he has won numerous awards for his achievements in instructional technology. 

He has recently produced a 10-DVD guitar series “Learn and Master Guitar,” a “making of the record” DVD of banjo legend Earl Scruggs, and tracks with HGTV's Design Star finalist- Tym Desanto.
